Steve Perry, CFA
Managing Director – Public Investments
Steve joined SCS Financial Services in 2012 and serves as a Managing Director in the Investment Group. He is also a member of the Investment Committee, responsible for reviewing and approving the firm’s investments across all asset classes. As the Head of Public Markets, Steve oversees investment activities in fixed income, independent return, and public equity. He leads a dedicated team, guiding them in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of opportunities across these areas. Steve also plays a key role in shaping the firm’s asset allocation strategy, capital market assumptions, and macroeconomic perspectives. His deep understanding of market cycles and expertise across asset classes informs the firm’s approach to combining unique investment opportunities worldwide to help clients achieve attractive long-term returns. Before joining SCS, Steve was part of the Alternative Investment Solutions group at State Street. He holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University, is a CFA Charterholder, and is a member of CFA Society Boston.
