Managing Director – Strategy and M&A
Alex joined SCS Financial Services in 2024 as Managing Director of Strategy and M&A. Alex is responsible for helping drive the execution of our M&A strategy while supporting the firm broadly on strategic initiatives to drive growth, operational improvement, and talent development. Prior to joining SCS, Alex was at Focus Financial Partners, where he worked on M&A and strategic advisory for partner firms in the ultra-high net worth and Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) segments. Prior to Focus, Alex was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Groups of Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in New York, executing mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions and strategic reviews for clients. Alex received his undergraduate degree in law from the University of Oxford, and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
